​​Throughout the year, the Friends Group provides many activities at the park. 
Hard-working volunteers donate many hours to organize these events for
the enjoyment of park visitors.  We can do this because of your generous donations.

We host various fundraisers throughout year.   Past events have included "night at the races", providing lunch at festivals, hikes, bake sales, raffle basket drawings, 50/50, educational programs-one being "The Owls of Pennsylvania" (complete with owl mounts & learning owl calls!) presented by Cook Forest State Park Environmental Educational Specialist, Dale Luthringer,  and many other fun activities.
